The wooden block of flats to be constructed in Pasila is now part of the City of Helsinki’s Re-thinking Urban Housing Programme

The wooden block of flats, designed by Talli, KUMP Architects and A-Konsultit Architects and to be constructed in Pasila, is now part of the City of Helsinki’s Re-thinking Urban Housing Programme! The aim of the programme is to increase the quality, attractiveness and new individual solutions of apartment building housing.

The project, which represents the urban wooden housing of the future, offers the residents for example modern communal spaces that flexibly serve today’s needs.
